Information on our Prosecco
From the Zucchetto Vineyards in Northern Italy
All grapes from estate vineyards are hand picked and carefully harvested to avoid any crushing or bruising; they are gently pressed and the juice fermented at steady temperatures to produce and preserve original variety aromas. Wines rest in stainless steel tanks during the cold seasons and are prepared for a second fermentation or the bottling at the beginning of spring. Reducing the use of sulfites is our main goal in the winery, achieved by minimal movements from the mousts to the cleared wine.
Prosecco Wines
The sense of highest quality today is our total commitment to research, respect for the nature art and for the consumer health. Combining all these factors, we proudly want you to offer products that reflect our style of life, and, obviously, wines that we love!
Not only the harvest but all vines cures are made by hand; use of pesticides is limited thanks to the integrated pest management applied in the vineyards.

Only 9,000 bottles produced each year |
From the heart of historical Prosecco landmark, Follo or Fol as locals call this picturesque little town, here's a severe selection of 100% Prosecco grapes. This elegant brut is characterized by inviting aromas of citrus fruit, especially tangerine and grapefruit, fresh vegetation and a note of rustic mint. The mouth is wide, creamy-full of fresh fruits, with a firm acidity that provides a crisp, lingering finish of lime, mineral and almond. Cartizze DOCG |
Only 6,000 bottles produced each year |
Cartizze is the most prestigious cru in Zucchetto Prosecco Doc area, a very small surface (about 270 acres) made by vineyards lying between the steepest hills of Saccol and Santo Stefano in Valdobbiadene County. In our "Cartizze Alto" vineyards there's a perfect combination of exposition, soil, with moraines, sandstone and clays which allows a rapid drainage of rainwater and a natural protection from dangerous icy rains, due to an incredibly slope of the hill. All these factors give a unique and truly sumptuous sparkling. Impressions of white peach and apricot, with a hint of apple, accompany a silky and smooth palate; a pleasant note of glazed almond on the aftertaste takes you to a lingering finish. Also available in magnum size (1.5 litres)
